LUFToL Adapter 90 mm flexi pipe - nipple for duct 100 or 125 mm
The adapters are suitable for modern ventilation distribution systems with heat recovery with a plastic flexible pipe of 75 or 90 mm (depending on the selected variant).
On the one hand, the product is compatible with pipes of the same size from the following brands:
Dalflex, ComfoTube, ED-FLEX, ROZ-DUOTEC, Ubbink Air Excellent, Klimaflex, Octopus AE48c, HEATTPEX Aria, Kermi x-well, FLXP, Atera GreenPipe, Lindab Indomo
On the other hand, the transition in the nipple variant is prepared for fitting traditional air ducts with standard dimensions (SPIRO, plastic, SONO, etc.) - 100 and 125 mm.
The transition in the spigot variant is ready to be fitted directly to the SPIRO system air fittings with gaskets. Alternatively, it can be used for white plastic distribution systems (Multiplast, Uniplast and other commonly available fittings).
We offer transitions in both nipple and spigot sizes. The nipple is characterized by a small collar around the outer circumference, which serves as a stop for the pipe.
Construction:
LUFToL adapters are very tight thanks to the EPDM ring and guarantee quick assembly.
Assembly procedure:
1) Thread the sealing ring onto the plastic flexible pipe, cut between the ribs (second groove)
2) Apply lubricant (not included) to the sealing ring
3) Insert the flexible plastic pipe into the adapter so that the locking holes are above the grooves
4) Insert the blue locking ring through the adapter between the ribs of the plastic pipe
Nipple - slide the pipe onto the adapter so that it reaches the collar on the outside. Using aluminum tape, seal the joint. If the adapter is in a stressed place, secure the rigid pipe types with SCR screws.
Spout - when using a fitting with a seal, it is not necessary to seal the joint. If the adapter is in a stressed area, secure with SCR screws and seal with aluminum tape.
Delivery includes:
1) Plastic adapter (PETG)
2) Sealing ring (EPDM)
3) Locking ring (PETG)
Packed in a bag.

LUFTooL Trap - SPIRO (Metal Ducting Condensation Trap)
Purpose: Condensation Traps for control of condensation/moisture in ducts of ventilation systems. If the extracted air is significantly cooled and you have a vertical pipe the moisture will condense back to water and become trapped in your ducting, potentially causing damage to the fan and property.
