The extension piece for LUFTOMET® boxes and FLAT grids is suitable for extending boxes for installing the LUFTOMET® system in masonry walls On one side of the wall, the box is connected with screws (LP-SM-4) to the plastic edge of the extension piece. The extension piece is mounted in the wall and possibly shortened to the required length. After finalizing the wall (plaster, etc.), 4 dowels are fitted and an inset is installed in the extension piece, which is anchored to the wall using LP-S-4 screws. A grid is then placed in the inset (magnetic or mechanical attachment depending on the type of grid). LUFTOMET®  Wall products are end elements for air distribution systems. They are used on exterior building facades for air intake or exhaust. These outdoor facade covers stand out with their stylish design and high-quality craftsmanship, easy installation and maintenance, and very low pressure losses. Our Air diffusers are: • designed for ducts with diameters of 125, 160, and 200 mm • equipped with a sealing ring on the spigot making them suitable for all types of ducts (EPE, EPS, EPP, SPIRO, etc.) • suitable for fresh air intake and exhaust of normally polluted air (without chemical substances, etc.) • made of metal, carefully powder-coated (white RAL 9010, black RAL 9005 matte, anthracite RAL 7016), or made of stainless steel (1.4301) • equipped with a drip edge that diverts water drops away from the building facade and fitted with an insect screen Package includes: Outdoor facade cover (without mounting accessories). The popular LUFTOMET® Round Box with a connection for flexible ducts 90 mm is suitable for installations with a larger installation gap or for passing through constructions, thanks to its tube length of 305 mm. Dimensions: Compatibility: Air outlets - the box is fully compatible with LUFTOMET® Sky, Jet, and Lumen outlets, as well as other outlets with a diameter of 125 mm. Ducts - the neck of the box is designed for accommodating flexible plastic ducts with an external diameter of 90 mm, such as Dalflex, ComfoTube, ED-FLEX, ROZ-DUOTEC, Ubbink Air Excellent, Klimaflex, Octopus AE48c, HEATPEX Aria, Kermi x-well, FLXP, Atera GreenPipe, Lindab Indom, etc. Rough Construction The duct should be cut to the appropriate length (best done using the LUFTooL Duct Cutter), and the box should be anchored to a solid structure (beam, concrete ceiling, etc.) using the prepared brackets. A sealing ring is inserted into the second groove of the duct. The duct is pushed into the neck of the box. The spike is inserted into the prepared hole on the body of the box so that it fits between the ribs of the duct. The duct can be rotated but cannot be pulled out. The seal is guaranteed by the o-ring. The box is cut to the required length and fitted with a 125 mm cover to ensure hygiene. Finishing Phase (after painting, etc.) The outlet is installed into the box and secured to the ceiling structure (drywall, concrete, etc.). The design plate of the outlet can be easily attached to the outlet using magnets (for LUFTOMET® Sky, Jet, and Lumen outlets). Packaging Includes: Plastic box made of PP-R material, 125 mm cover, two locking spikes, one sealing ring for duct. Packaged loosely in a box.
