LUFTOMET® insect screen is a practical accessory for outdoor facade cover that protects the air handling system from insects and small dirt. It is suitable for use on exterior building facades for fresh air intake and air exhaust. Thanks to its sophisticated design, it helps to keep the air handling ducts clean without significantly restricting the air flow. The screen allows for easy inspection, maintenance and replacement and is a practical solution for long-term protection of air handling systems.

The extension piece for LUFTOMET® boxes and FLAT grids is suitable for extending boxes for installing the LUFTOMET® system in masonry walls On one side of the wall, the box is connected with screws (LP-SM-4) to the plastic edge of the extension piece. The extension piece is mounted in the wall and possibly shortened to the required length. After finalizing the wall (plaster, etc.), 4 dowels are fitted and an inset is installed in the extension piece, which is anchored to the wall using LP-S-4 screws. A grid is then placed in the inset (magnetic or mechanical attachment depending on the type of grid). LUFTOMET® Lumen are end elements of ventilation systems with integrated LED panel. They are used to supply fresh air or exhaust-polluted indoor air in ventilation systems with heat recovery. LUFTOMET® Lumen is an innovative product designed to integrate illumination and ventilation. This cutting-edge solution resolves the collision of these two crucial aspects in any modern space.

The popular LUFTOMET® Round Box with connections for flexible ducting of 75 mm or 90 mm is suitable for installation in ceilings, walls, or drywall boxes due to its collar. The box is used in ventilation systems with heat recovery and is designed for installations with a minimum installation gap above the ceiling or where it isn’t possible to secure the ducting directly to the structural framework. Dimensions: Compatibility: Outlets - it is fully compatible with LUFTOMET® Sky, Jet, and Lumen outlets with a diameter of 125 mm. In this combination, the outlet’s neck is directly anchored into the collar of the LUFTOMET® Round Box Low without the need for plugs. Ducting - the neck of the box is designed to accommodate flexible plastic ducts with an outer diameter of 75 mm and 90 mm, such as Dalflex, ComfoTube, ED-FLEX, ROZ-DUOTEC, Ubbink Air Excellent, Klimaflex, Octopus AE48c, HEATPEX Aria, Kermi x-well, FLXP, Atera GreenPipe, Lindab Indom, etc. Installation Procedure: Rough Construction Cut the duct to the appropriate length (preferably using the LUFTooL Duct Cutter) and secure it approximately 1 meter from the planned outlet position. A sealing ring is placed into the second groove of the duct. Slide the duct into the neck of the box. Insert the spike into the prepared hole in the body of the box so that it fits between the ribs of the duct. The duct can be rotated but cannot be pulled out. Sealing is guaranteed by the O-ring. The box is capped with a 125 mm lid for securing. After Installing Drywall and Painting Place the box into the cut-out hole so that its outer collar rests against the upper edge of the drywall. The duct must not exert pressure on the box or the drywall. Insert the neck supplied with the outlet into the box. The collar of the neck is secured with screws through the drywall into the collar of the box. The design plate of the outlet can be easily attached to the neck using magnets (for the LUFTOMET® Sky, Jet, and Lumen outlets). Packaging Includes: Plastic box made of PP-R material, 125 mm lid, two locking spikes, one sealing ring for ducting. Packed loosely into the box.
