Implementation process
Information on the recuperation assembly procedure for family houses
Procedure for the implementation of the order:
1) Client request
Send us floor plans, sections and your ideas about where the distribution lines should go, where the unit should be and what it should be able to do to info@luftuj.cz
2) Price offer + graphic design with material composition
We will send you the offer and proposal (i.e. drawing the pipeline routes in the floor plan) within 14 days from the moment we have all the documents. Thanks to the description of the material below, you can easily compare our solution with the competition or choose the ideal solution for your house or apartment. If we agree on a solution, we supplement the offer with a list of materials.
3) Tour of the building or telephone consultation
If you like our solution, then you usually contact us by phone or e-mail. We usually fine-tune several matters (pipe type, outlet type, pipe routes, unit selection, unit control, penetration details... If it is a reconstruction within our reach, we visit the building in person and agree on the best solution on the spot. We usually do not visit new buildings because the situation is usually clear from the drawings.
4) Contract for work with specification of prices and dates (includes offer and proposal)
If everything is clear to everyone, we sign the contract. We send requests to other professions (e.g. wiring diagram). For most orders, we also send an advance invoice together with the contract.
5) Realization of the first part of the work
If the building is already closed, i.e. when all the windows and exterior doors are installed, it is the perfect time to install the ductwork. On the basis of the documents we sent you, installation openings (so-called penetrations through structures) should be prepared.
After installation, the pipes are blinded to avoid contamination of the system during subsequent works. Stage I is concluded with a handover protocol, which also contains the results of the pressure test.
6) Implementation II. parts
If you already have plasterboards installed and you are just about to move in, then it is time to install the unit, shorten the ceiling boxes/floor boxes according to the final height of the plasterboard/floor, start up and regulate the system.
Before hanging the unit, its surroundings should already be finished (painted, tiling, etc.), because the unit will probably not be removed for several years.
All air flows in the individual elements are measured and possibly regulated to match the design as much as possible.
The operator is trained to operate the unit and any buttons or sensors, instructed in service (replacement of filters, etc.) and solutions to possible complications.
The entire work is handed over after signing the handover protocol, unless otherwise agreed, the warranty for the unit starts on this day.
7) Unit and recovery system service
The ventilation system with recuperation saves you the work of opening windows, but sometimes it also needs your care. The first inspection of the filters for new buildings and renovations should be no later than 3 months after moving in. The next interval depends on the environment in which you live. Filters usually need to be replaced twice a year. We strive for the most affordable filter price for all units. We have the filters for the best-selling units manufactured to order, so that the price for operation is not high.
We offer filters and filter fabrics for recuperation units here .
Once every 5 years you should think about cleaning the entire system and the unit. As this is a specialized job and a good knowledge of the materials being cleaned is required, you should leave this activity to professionals. Since we installed the system for you, we have photographed and documented everything, we will be happy to return the entire system to its original state.
You can read more about the issue of cleaning here .
NOTICE:
Many clients turn to us with a request to install the unit before the situation described in point 6) occurs. The reason is the attempt to speed up drying processes, etc. If any craft work is carried out on the construction site, there is a risk of high dustiness (grinding SDK, etc.). This construction dust combined with a humid environment can permanently damage the unit and the entire system. It is good to prevent these situations. Defects of this nature are not covered by the warranty later.
